Junior Cheros retains Panorama championship

On Saturday August 2nd 2008, Junior Cheros retained the coveted Panorama championship amassing a total of 272 points playing Soca Elvis' "Cheros Boys" at the Junior Panorama Championship at the National Stadium.  The Tune was arranged by Stephen Greenidge and Calvin Thomas, two young and upcoming arrangers working under the guidance of the Musical Director Cecil Noel.  The youngsters displayed a high level of skill and maturity in their performance and won the hearts of the audience and the judges.

 

The band placing second Grand Roy Pan Angels, scored 246 points.  In 3rd position was AGD Wiz Kids followed by RBL Pan Angels.
